Seller Terms & Conditions
The agreement between BarakaSouqs and every seller on the marketplace. Last updated 01 Aug 2026.
BarakaSouqs operates the marketplace platform. Contracts of sale are formed directly between you (the seller) and the buyer. You are responsible for product accuracy, legality and fulfilment.
Ship within your stated handling time, keep stock levels accurate, respond to buyer messages within 48 hours, and honour the warranty terms published on your listings.
A flat 8% commission applies to each completed sale, plus payment-method fees where shown at checkout. There are no listing or monthly fees. See Commission rates for category details.
Settled funds are paid out weekly to your registered bank account (IBAN). Funds from an order settle after delivery confirmation plus a 7-day buyer-protection window.
You must accept returns within 30 days of delivery per the marketplace returns policy. Refunds are funded by you and deducted from your next payout.
Sellers must maintain a rating of at least 4.0, a late-shipment rate below 6% and a cancellation rate below 2%. Falling below these thresholds may lead to suspension.
Counterfeit goods, restricted or unsafe products, and anything violating Saudi import/export law are prohibited and lead to immediate suspension.
We may suspend or terminate selling privileges for breaches of these terms. You may appeal within 30 days. Open orders must be fulfilled even while suspended.
